New construction of a residential complex with 112 condominiums and 119 underground parking spaces in Berlin-Westend.
A new residential ensemble in a park-like setting was developed in the immediate vicinity of the Berlin Olympic Stadium. The 16,000 m² long plot of land was equipped with an internal access road, along which the 4-storey urban villas were lined up in a loose development.
High-quality condominiums were created with spacious, south-facing balconies and terraces on the upper floors and private gardens on the ground floor.
