New construction of a residential complex with 39 condominiums and an underground garage with 25 parking spaces in Berlin - Alt-Hohenschönhausen.
The Berkenbrücker Steig building ensemble consists of the prominent front building along the street and a smaller garden house. The open spaces have a high quality of stay and are used for private gardens, communal green spaces and a children's playground.
The main design feature of the 4-storey building is the long, corner street façade, whose horizontal structure is further reinforced by the balconies and roof terraces arranged in a band-like pattern. The curvature of the building is emphasised by the main access to the inner courtyard and garden house and is absolutely address-forming in the urban context.
