New construction of Quartier J of the Weidenborn housing estate with a total of 90 flats and underground car park in Wiesbaden-Südost.
In the 1950s and 60s, the Weidenborn housing estate was developed in Wiesbaden-Südost. Massive structural damage made total demolition necessary. During the redevelopment of Quartier J, 46 condominiums and 44 rental flats were created, distributed over 10 apartment buildings. The buildings were built to the KfW 55 energy standard.
The outdoor space is designed as a private green area that is oriented towards the model of an open park landscape. The site has a height difference of up to 8 metres from north-east to south-west. The houses and the underground garages are arranged on a total of three different ground levels. All roofs are covered with extensive greenery.
