New construction of a residential and commercial building with 47 residential units and a café and kiosk on the ground floor as well as an underground parking garage with 49 parking spaces in Frankfurt-Gallus.
Due to the narrow, deep plot, a contiguous residential row is designed, which is divided into four sub-buildings. The residential use is supplemented by small commercial units (kiosk, bistro) for local supply in the access area on the first floor.
The most striking design feature of the building is the surrounding recesses on the 4th and 5th floors, creating light-flooded apartments with spacious roof terraces and roof gardens. Some of the apartments are designed as maisonettes.
