Planning optimization/ execution planning of the Fehrbelliner Höfe with 180 apartments and retail as well as an underground car park in Berlin-Mitte.
On the area between Fehrbelliner Straße and Brunnenstraße in Berlin-Mitte, an ensemble of listed residential buildings, loft-like factory buildings and high-quality new construction areas with 180 apartments and a small proportion of retail was designed on the basis of a design by Eike Becker Architekten.
The high-quality residential complex was complemented by a spacious SPA area with a communal swimming pool, sauna, fitness and wellness facilities as well as a four-storey underground car park with 190 parking spaces. Inside, terraced green areas and green roof terraces were added to the complex to create an overall complex.
