Conversion/extension and refurbishment of the former Dresden State Building School in Dresden's Neustadt district.
The listed former state building school was converted into the representative office of a large law firm. The conversion measures in the interior extended over two floors and were supplemented by the construction of a new conservatory that could be used as an additional conference room. The aim of the planning was a careful reorganisation of the internal development in order to be able to realise additional office spaces along the inner courtyard facades.

Further measures included the restoration of the historic façades in accordance with the preservation order and the redesign of the outdoor facilities, which focused on the restoration or integration into the historic character of the city quarter, the so-called government quarter.
