Dresden State Building School

Conversion/extension and refurbishment of the former Dresden State Building School in Dresden's Neustadt district.

The listed former state building school was converted into the representative office of a large law firm. The conversion measures in the interior extended over two floors and were supplemented by the construction of a new conservatory that could be used as an additional conference room. The aim of the planning was a careful reorganisation of the internal development in order to be able to realise additional office spaces along the inner courtyard facades.
