New construction of a luxury hotel (5-star superior) with 135-165 rooms, offices, retail zone and a residential complex in Frankfurt city center.
The urban planning idea of the design is characterised by the separation of the building mass into two buildings, which creates a cross-connection from the "Fressgasse" via Kleine Hochstraße to the ramparts.

The horizontal and vertical structure of the façades was reinterpreted based on the model of the neighboring listed Gründerzeit buildings with the aim of continuing the segmentation of the individual buildings in a contemporary façade design.
The sculptural design of the roofscape with its individual mansard roofs was also modeled on the existing historical buildings.
