Hotel Adina Frankfurt Main

Conversion of two existing buildings into the Adina apartment hotel in Frankfurt am Main Gutleut district.

With its limestone façade on the base floors, the newly designed building blends into the surrounding development. With the exception of the base floors, the main building, which is set back and has 15 full storeys, is designed as a rendered façade with large, two-storey metal and glass window constructions. The windows have glazing with a high sound and sun protection factor.

The hotel, with its boarding house concept, is classified as a high-end 4-star establishment: all studios (~37m²) and apartments (~42m²) are fully equipped residential units with a balcony, furnished kitchen including washing machine, dryer, and furniture, and even their own address and telephone number.
In addition to the apartments and studios, the hotel also has a restaurant with a bar and a conference room on the first floor. The spa area with swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath invites you to relax and unwind.
