New construction of a hotel with 180 guest rooms, lobby, restaurant, conference areas and two floors with flexibly designable floor plans for offices as well as an underground car park with 36 parking spaces.
On the corner plot Schützenstraße / Schwalbenweg in the immediate vicinity of the S-Bahn station "Grünbergallee", a new seven-storey building was erected on a C-shaped ground plan.
Five of the seven floors above ground are for hotel use. The two floors that are also accentuated within the façade design are planned as office floors with their own access.
The façades are characterised on the one hand by the horizontal structure, which follows the different usage profiles, and on the other hand by the alternating arrangement of the exterior windows and clinker pillars.
