For the listed building of the former Secura-Werke in Chausseestraße, Berlin-Mitte, the removal and deconstruction of existing contaminated sites and dilapidated parts of the building was carried out in the course of pre-marketing after a fundamental assessment of the building fabric.
After numerous feasibility studies and development proposals, the final approach envisaged developing the entire property into a mixed ensemble of residential, office and commercial space.
The site was sold by TLG before the measures were implemented.
